As part of the secretariat, you will also provide cover for and work with other members of the team when required.
You must be experienced in using Microsoft Word for word processing, Microsoft Outlook for e-mail and calendars and PowerPoint for presentations. Good customer service skills, the ability to take meeting minutes and to work well within a team are also essential.
You will provide a professional and comprehensive support role, covering all the requirements of a busy office including extensive diary management, the production of accurate and well presented typing and high level administrative support. You will need to work on your own initiative, have a flexible approach and be able to manage and prioritise your workload.
In addition to the above, the role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience of working with people at all levels.
Starting salary will be dependent upon skills and experience, although please note most appointments are made on the lower point of the salary band.
