Corvus Learning Trust wishes to appoint a Primary School Improvement Lead for Key Stages 1 and 2.  We are looking to work with an excellent primary school teacher with a high level of experience of middle or senior leadership or as a school improvement partner.  The trust presently has three schools within the primary phase.  The post holder will oversee the work of Subject Lead Experts in English, Maths and Science, to define and develop primary school improvement strategies, providing support and challenge to each of the schools.

 

You will be responsible for leading the Primary Improvement Team, building positive relationships and linking best practice in our schools leading to improved outcomes for all our pupils.  You will be required to create a framework for primary school improvement, working together with Headteachers, Subject Lead Experts and class teachers.  Your aim is to raise standards through excellent teaching, staff training and by developing effective strategies and resources.
