Assessment and Advice Officer - fixed term 12 months
Forestcares services are growing and as a result we now have a vacancy for an additional Forestcare Assessment and Advice Officer.
90% of your time will be spent in the community. As well as undertaking assessments of our customers care needs, you will install tele care equipment. You will be responsible jointly for our takeaway service, which supplies lifelines to local hospitals and rehabilitation centers in order to assist the safe discharge of people.
You will be targeted to convert these customers in to paying customers and promoting a wider awareness of assistive technology and Forestcares new CQC registered Responder service aimed at promoting individuals sustained independence within their own homes.
We are not just looking for an Assessment and Advice Officer we are looking for a focused and driven individual who wants to treat the task as their own: not only managing the existing business but growing it by identifying new opportunities. Personality is key we are looking for someone with good common sense who is confident in making new relationships and has the ability to maintain existing ones. This role will suit somebody who is driven, passionate about working with people and has a person centered approach.
