Our team of Receptionists ensure that all our visitors are well looked after. Various duties will include promoting the centre, giving tourist information and answering general enquiries, directing and assisting visitors and selling admission tickets to our hands-on science and nature exhibition. The receptionist is responsible for cashing up at the start and end of the shift.
The team of 6 work a 3 week rota, which includes 1 weekend in 3. Working hours to be discussed at interview stage.
You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic and positive and have good Customer Care and ICT skills, along with the ability to cope under pressure and act on own initiative.
The Look Out has a friendly team of staff working within a unique, fun environment where no two days are the same.
