An exciting opportunity has arisen at New Hope in Bracknell Forest. New Hope is the centre from which drug and alcohol service are delivered and this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the service.
The suitable candidate for this post will need to excellent administrator skills and have a background which will include working o a busy reception desk, diary management, booking meetings and venues, taking minutes and liaising with partners. Experience of dealing with people with complex needs is desirable as is attention to detail due to the fact that some of the people accessing the service will be subject statutory orders/requirements to attend. A high standard of computer literacy is required as is a clear understand of confidentiality.
Experience of working in a similar role would be seen as desirable but full training will provided to increase the suitable candidates knowledge and understanding of the presenting issues fro people using the service.
