You will be required to provide excellent customer care selling tickets, providing information and gathering data to maintain and increase audiences.
With demonstrable competency in Maths and English you should have experience of the Leisure/Arts industry, dealing with the general public as well as cash handling. Experience of working in a computerised box office is desirable but training will be given.
In addition to working in the box office you may also be required to assist in other areas, including the Theatres, SoftPlay City and Rollercity. Due the nature of these service areas this post is subject to a Disclosure & Barring Services check.
