This is a temporary one year contract, primarily looking at developing and increasing employment opportunities for people with a learning disability and autism.

We are looking for a Job Coach who is enthusiastic and motivated in seeking a range of employment and career development opportunities for individuals.

You should be proactive, enthusiastic and committed, with the determination to drive this service forward. You will have an understanding of the challenges faced by individuals who have a Learning Disability or Autism and the ability to enable people to overcome them. A varied and active role which, although can be challenging at times, is rewarding in the fact that you are having a positive impact on people’s lives.       

As a modern and forward thinking service we encourage staff to seek a range of new employment opportunities to individuals we support.

The service potentially operates seven days a week and you will be required to work flexibly and undertake duties which are compatible with the needs of the service, often at short notice, which may evenings, weekends and bank holidays
