Learning and Development Support Administrator
Location: Town Quay, Southampton CRC
Hours: 25 hours per week, ideally to include Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday mornings.
The pattern of hours can be negotiated.
Salary: £11,768 £(£17,417-£ 21,605 per annum pro rata, band 2 spinal point 28)

Joining our busy Training unit you will need relevant office experience – ideally gained in the public sector. This will be supported by an RSA II (or equivalent) in word processing, a knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and data entry skills.
The purpose of this role is to provide pro-active, timely and professional administrative support, including contribution to the administrative systems which support the Learning and Development needs of the organisation. To contribute to team development which enhances performance and effectiveness.
You will need to be committed, reliable, enthusiastic and pro-active with good communication skills and a flexible approach. Excellent communication skills will be key as the post will involve liaising with various agencies and individuals. You will also need to be able to respond positively to change, work with a high degree of accuracy and effectively meet deadlines.
