Kent, Surrey and Sussex Community Rehabilitation Company (KSSCRC) provides a broad range of probation services for adult offenders on community orders or licences. We formed on 1st June 2014 following the government’s reform of probation services as part of their transforming rehabilitation programme. Our aim is “to change lives and inspire public confidence by cutting crime”.

We are looking for a flexible and organised Receptionist Administrators who is able to prioritise their work in a fast paced environment.

As first point of contact, we will look to you to welcome visitors and answer the telephone, taking messages and helping with queries where possible.

The successful candidate will be responsible for booking meeting rooms, supporting the servicing of meeting rooms and general administrative duties.

You should have a confident approach, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to deal with a wide range of people whether they are staff or offenders.

Basic computer skills are essential.

Applicants must be over 18 as this role could involve some minimal contact with offenders who pose a risk to children.

Within this role there is an expectation to cover Late Night Reporting Tuesday 5-7pm.

All new entrants to Kent, Surrey & Sussex CRC start at the minimum of the relevant pay range.
