About the role
Mole Valley District Council has an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join the Strategic Leadership Team. This is your chance to receive excellent training and personal development. You will be fully supported and mentored as you provide administrative support to range of projects.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about starting a career in local government and keen to work in an office environment. Skilled in using computers, you will bring a mature outlook, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels. You will also need three GCSEs grade A to C, or equivalent including Maths and English.
The Strategic Leadership Team is a small but dynamic, hard working team. We lead on a number of projects and initiatives, which benefit both staff and our local communities. Support for the MVDC management team is also provided by members the team.

Our apprenticeship scheme provides a perfect way to earn a wage while you gain vital work experience and an NVQ qualification in Business Administration. The scheme is designed and funded for 16 to 23 year olds who are living and entitled to work in England, don’t have degrees, and are not in full-time education. When you’ve finished, we’ll help you to find a permanent role. Upon attending an interview you will be need to be able to show you meet the above requirements to be considered for an apprenticeship.

Armed Forces and Reservists
