The role of Casual Catering Assistant will be to assist the Catering Supervisor and Catering Team Leader in the efficient and effective operation of the catering facility at Coral Reef.

The primary catering facilities include; providing hot and cold drinks, home made sandwiches and salads, cakes, muffins scones and confectionary snacks. Hot food includes fast food items and some specials e.g. panini’s and jacket potatoes, with a mix of fresh, healthy and home made products as well as traditional favourites. In addition, the restaurant provides the catering for children’s parties and other special events.

Linked to the Main Restaurant is a beach bar serving food and drinks from the restaurant. In the reception area there is a small café lite serving hot and cold drinks and “grab and go” type snacks. There are also vending facilities for snacks and drinks.

We are looking for people who have a passion for great service, with high standards, a positive “can do” attitude and a polite and friendly nature.

This is a casual position and hours will be worked on an ‘as and when’ basis which could include daytime, evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays. The position is located at Coral Reef Waterworld, Bracknell.
