As a casual receptionist you will usually be the first point of contact for our customers and will be dealing with customer enquiries both face to face and on the telephone, providing information on the Centre’s facilities and taking bookings and payments.
Payments will be processed using an electronic till system so previous experience with cash handling would be desirable.
The successful applicants will have excellent customer service and communication skills and be enthusiastic with a positive attitude and approach to working at a very busy leisure Centre. Computer skills would also be advantageous but full training can be provided.

As this is a casual position, the hours will be worked on an as and when basis which could include; daytime, evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays. The position is located at Coral Reef Waterworld, Bracknell, RH12 7JQ.
