Interim Senior HR Advisor
Fixed Term Until 30th September 2015
Hours: 37 per week (Part time applications considered)
Salary Range: £35,033 - £40,604 + Benefits
We are looking for a self-motivated and suitably qualified (CIPD) senior HR professional to join a strategic HR service and share in the development and delivery of our vision.
You will be a sound HR generalist who is outcome focused with the ability to effectively negotiate and provide quality, high level advice on employment relations issues, employment legislation, and Council policies and procedures. Experience of TUPE would be desirable.
Continuing to promote our Council as an employer of choice and demonstrating excellent understanding of organisational effectiveness, you will contribute to our transformation programme so experience in change management is essential.
