The role of Catering Team Leader will be to assist the Catering Supervisor in the efficient and effective day to day operation of the catering facilities. 

The primary catering facilities include; providing hot and cold drinks, home made sandwiches and salads, cakes, muffins scones and confectionary snacks. Hot food includes fast food items and some specials e.g. Panini’s and jacket potatoes, with a mix of fresh, healthy and home made products as well as traditional favourites. In addition, the restaurant provides the catering for children’s parties and other special events.

Linked to the Main Restaurant is a beach bar serving food and drinks from the restaurant. In the reception area there is a small café lite serving hot and cold drinks and “grab and go” type snacks. There are also vending facilities for snacks and drinks.

As a Catering Team Leader, you will need to assist in overseeing the cooking and delivery of menus for the restaurant as well as for any parties or hospitality held on site. And will be responsible for helping to supervise staff within the catering team, so you will require some experience in these areas. You will also assist in overseeing the catering operations, including; ordering, stock control and rotas.

Previous experience providing a good quality food service in a similar Leisure/Catering environment would be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for great service, with high standards and a positive “can do” attitude and polite, friendly nature.

This position is available at Coral Reef Waterworld, Bracknell, working 37 hours per week on a shift basis which, will include daytime, evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.
