About us

Viridian Housing is an award-winning provider of affordable housing in the UK with over 16,000 homes in London, the Midlands and West Sussex. We offer a friendly place to work with excellent benefits including healthcare and a strong commitment to learning and development.

This is an exciting time for Viridian as we are embarking on a programme of transformation to achieve a new and more efficient operating model, designed to improve our services to customers and make Viridian a great place to work. We are also in discussions with asra Housing Group about the two organisations entering into an equal partnership.

If the partnership goes ahead, the resulting organisation would be one of the top 20 housing associations in the country with around 30,000 homes. Overall Viridian and asra Housing Group share common goals of providing excellent customer services excellence and to be recognised as first class housing providers.

An exciting secondmentopportunity has arisen within the Governance team as a Customer Liaison Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with confidence and first-rate communication skills to work part of the successful Customer Liaison team. You'll need to be a good problem solver and able to think outside of the box to come up with innovative ways of resolving complaints adn supporting involved residents, which sometimes means giving and receiving negative feedback.

If you want to know more about the role, please speak to Jane Jolly on 020 3202 3631. Interviews will be taking place on Wednesday 27 August 2014.
