The role of the Casual Recreation Assistants (Lifeguard) at Coral Reef Waterworld, will be to assist the Duty Managers and Supervisors in the efficient and effective safe day to day operation of the pools and the Centre’s facilities & services. It is essential that you either hold a RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or have the swimming ability to achieve this qualification as training can be provided.

You will also need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, be enthusiastic with a positive attitude and approach to working at a very busy leisure centre.

As this is a casual position, the hours will be worked on an as and when basis which could include; daytime, evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays. The position is located at Coral Reef Waterworld, Bracknell.
