This is an exciting opportunity to join the Deaf services teams we are looking for Relief Outreach and Care Support workers with excellent sign language skills and experience of lone working. The role may include working both in the community and at accommodation based schemes.

You must have excellent BSL skills level 2 or equivalent, able to work on your own initiative, be confident in liaising with social workers and other professionals and have good time management skills. You also need to have a clear understanding of lone working and safeguarding vulnerable adults and are able to help people improve their independent living skills in the community and in accommodation based support. You will be requested too work flexibly; weekdays, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins on a rota basis.
