This is a challenging role, which requires strong administrative skills. You will need to maintain an efficient and effective administration service to the Service Charge Team. It will be your responsibility to access and read Tenancy & Lease documents, extract key information and enter details into a Master Control File along with all other relevant administrative duties.
The ideal candidate for this role will be educated to GCSE A level or equivalent and have experience of providing excellent administration support. With good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, you will need good attention to detail. Whilst some training will be available it is essential that you have the ability to work unsupervised, prioritising your work to meet deadlines whilst remaining methodical in your approach.
